Our Chief Consultant, Mr. Sanjay Zacharias, brings over 16 years of industrial experience, having successfully executed hundreds of projects across diverse sectors. His deep technical understanding and innovative approach have consistently transformed complex challenges into sustainable, high-performance solutions.
Mr. Sanjay has played a pivotal role in medical device manufacturing and packaging, leading the development of several custom-built machines and special-purpose packaging systems tailored to unique client needs. His expertise spans chemical processing, batching and bagging systems, conveying and material handling, and factory automation.
Over the years, he has modernized numerous factories by upgrading manually operated lines into PLC- and SCADA-integrated automated systems, greatly improving efficiency and reliability. He has also designed and implemented robotic material handling systems for specialized environments.
In the food processing sector, Mr. Sanjay has developed machines not previously available in the Indian market, including the first fully automatic edible cup-making machine. He has also developed biodegradable cutlery manufacturing plant that converts bio-waste and byproducts into usable products.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, he contributed significantly to the medical industry by developing swab packing machines, an advanced swab drying system to accelerate production, and supporting the rapid scale-up of essential medical consumables. He also led the development of India’s first fully automatic soft blister packing machine, and delivered turnkey projects for surgical glove packaging and ophthalmic strip manufacturing and packing.
